A while ago, I accepted graphics requests from anyone at any time. That did not really work well for me. Now, I am no longer as lenient as I was; the reason is that I'm not sure if the graphics I spend so much time and energy on making actually are used appropriately or at all. I also no longer have the time.
If you are serious about requesting from D-Designs and are sure that you need the graphic and will use it, then go ahead and send me an e-mail at nightly_drifting@yahoo.com and I'll see what I can do for you. :D However, I cannot guarantee you that I will be able to accept your request. I'll accept requests from people I judge to be patient and mature, and if I have the time at the moment.
It will also depend on the material you request from me. As of right now, I most likely will not accept requests for anything related to Neopets. If you want one, you can still e-mail me, and I'll decide what to do then.
Other than that, I'll accept pretty much any other kind of graphics request, including layouts, as long as they comply with the Terms and Conditions.
